Two new field acquisition camcorders are purchased (Panasonic AG-CX350)
February
The station’s part-time Volunteer & Production Coordinator position is replaced by a full-time Media Specialist position, which Kelsey Sylvester moves into. In addition to the normal production & volunteer training responsibilities, this new job will also support all other Township Departments in utilizing video, photos, and social media in their educational and promotional activities to allow for increased communication with the residents of Peters Township.
Traveling with Bill debuts
March
The deadly COVID-19 coronavirus hits the United States, causing thousands of illnesses and deaths, and for businesses to halt operations. PTCT closes its offices and studio to the public.
April
Media Specialist position is furloughed while the station is closed to the public.
The equipment in the station is reorganized to allow for social distancing when the station reopens.
May
The station works with School District staff to prepare pre-recorded and virtual awards ceremonies and Commencement.
June
Media Specialist returns.
St. Gregory Byzantine Catholic Church debuts.
A virtual Commencement is broadcast, as well as smaller Commencement ceremonies at the High School stadium.
PT4me! promo is produced.

Peters Lake Park video is created

New studio viewfinders are purchased
October
With COVID restrictions ongoing, PTCT worked with Township Departments on various “virtual” events, including a Virtual Fire Department Open House and a Virtual Haunted Trail.
November
New studio cameras are purchased
Lots of new programming including: Meet the Library Director, Fall Leaf Collection, Theft from a Motor Vehicle, and the Character Counts Fall 2020 Awards Virtual Ceremony
December
PTCT Staff began the long process of beginning to relocate the studio, editors, control room, offices, playback, audio booth, and storage room to its home in the new Peters Township High School.
